In order to troubleshoot the "ContextLoaderPlugin" issue, please check the requirements below with your IT department to determine the cause of the error message.
IMAGYS platform:
- Web address: https://apps.imagys.com in addition to the IMAGYS platform URL
- Public IP address: 46.105.219.100
- Communication protocols: HTTP (on port 80) and HTTPS (on port 443)
Regarding our IMAGYS Connector application used to de-identify and securely send imaging data on the IMAGYS platform:
- A computer using Windows operating system version 7 or newer
- Administrative rights on the computer in order to install our IMAGYS Connector software the first time
- Antivirus security exceptions on the following folders:
- "imagys-connector-app" in the appropriate "Program Files" folder ("Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)")
- "keosys" in %appdata% folder
- Firewall exceptions on ports 61613, 61614 and 61615, both TCP and UDP, on the IP address 127.0.0.1 (localhost). Those ports are used by IMAGYS Connector to encrypt data transmission between the computer and the IMAGYS platform
⚠️ Please note that this legacy version of Imagys Connector uses older TLS version 1.0. You may have to ask your IT department to add an exception on the firewall to allow older TLS version for the imagys.com domain.
