The live chat tool is located in the bottom-right corner of the IMAGYS website. It will appear if:
- You entered an incorrect password at least once
- You used the "Lost password" button
- You successfully logged onto the Imagys platform

Outside of business hours, the live chat will change from "Chat" to "Help", and will display a contact form that will send an email to our Support Team.
