If you have forgotten your password, and your account is not inactive, you can request a new temporary password by following the steps below:
- Go to the IMAGYS platform login page
- Click on "Lost password"

- Enter your account information (username and associated email address) and click on "Send"

- A new temporary password is then sent to you by email
